Vouch.io is a company headquartered in Atlanta, USA but operating in a virtual model with staff globally located, and we're looking to extend our team.

We are seeking an energetic, skilled, and passionate Integration Specialist to join our team at Vouch.io. In this role, you will work closely with our development and implementation teams to build and integrate solutions using Vouch.io products and technology for customer implementation.

Skillset & Experience:

  • More than three years of proven experience as an Integration Specialist in an enterprise with interconnected services.
  • Collaborate with software and systems engineering teams to design and implement integration strategies using messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RESTful APIs, GraphQL. MQTT, Camel, ActiveMQ etc.) and APIs.
  • Experience with cloud environments and cloud integration tools such as AWS (Lambda, Amazon API Gateway) Azure and Google cloud platform offerings.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize integration tools, scripts, and processes to facilitate efficient system integration.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues, ensuring seamless interaction between components.
  • Identity (IAM, IDP) integration experience Forgerock, Azure Active Directory etc. is a plus.
  • Validate and test integrated systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
  • Document integration processes, procedures, and results.
  • Proficient with creating and communicating architecture components.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Build meaningful work from strong core concepts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement product solutions for customer implementations .
  • Collaborate with Product to provide feedback on features.
  • Develop high-quality solutions for Vouch.io customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Work in collaboration with product, engineering, and implementation teams to deliver high quality products.
