Technology doesn't see us as people
I look at this big slide of people and I see what looks like a typical corporate marketing promise - we're all different!
The problem is, technology doesn't see us as different. It doesn't see us as people at all. Technology is looking for the right credential at the right time.
You, reduced to a username and password.
You may be holding the device, but when you tap your card at the store, at the metro, or at the airport, the system on the other end doesn't see you - it only sees your device.
We believe that we should be able to recognize the human behind the device. That when you interact with technology and the other humans, brands, and organizations behind it, that they should be to see more than your device - they should be able to see...you.
